I just wanted to let you know how fantastic your staff were on Saturday at our Garden Party . They were very easy to work with and understood our requirements to the letter . As you know we didn't do too well last year but this year has been significantly better . I firmly believe that this can be attributed to your staff and the professionalism with which they undertook the job in hand - please extend my thanks to them both and thank you for providing an excellent , stress free service .
